Leemoon is a resident of Mithi, Tahrparkar. Including him, his family consists of five members. His wife, a son aged eight and two daughters aged six and two. He, initially, had a woodworks business with his father in district Badeen, Sindh. After the death of his father he was the sole owner of the business. He was able to run the business efficiently on his own, and was earning enough for his family. After a major paralysis attack, Leemoon was confined to his bed for two years. His inability to work, combined with his costs of treatment, rendered his business nonexistent.
He migrated to Mithi, Tharparkar and was able to start work again. But due to the effects of his paralysis he was unable to work in the woodworks business. Currently he owns a small shop where he sells snacks and other confectionary items for kids. He manages to earn an income of PKR 12,000 in a month. He has approached Akhuwat office in his locality and requested for a loan of PKR 30,000. He will purchase some lentils, sugar, rice and other grocery items. Lemoon hopes, interest free loan can help him in raising his earnings.
