Sumayya is a resident of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. She is married and has four children; three sons and a daughter. She belongs from an extremely poor family. Her husband is a blue collar worker. She herself has minimum education and her household expenditures are barely manageable in her husband’s income. She felt helpless as she could not find work outside of home due to her minimal educational qualifications.
Then someone informed Razia about Akhuwat. She saw a ray of hope and approached the nearest branch. She has now requested for a loan to start up her own jewelry and cosmetics business. She already has some jewelry and savings. She needs to buy some cosmetics products and more artificial jewelry to enable her to start her own business. She is hopeful and confident that she can provide her family with a stable source of income.
