Zeeshaan Ameer is 27 years of age and lives in a household of 10 members. He is single and lives with his parents and seven siblings; three sisters and four brothers. Only two of his brothers earn for a living to share the family's expenses. Zeeshan himself runs a small confectionary shop, where he sells various snacks and sweets. He initially took a loan from Akhuwat to expand his business. He was successful to a great extent and managed to increase his profits significantly. He has successfully repaid his first loan by now.
Zeeshaan now anticipates the need for a proper grocery store in his locality. Moreover, his earnings are proving to be inadequate for their household. He now wishes to increase his revenues by expanding his work even further. For this he wishes to purchase a larger selection of products for his shop. However, Zeeshaan is short on working capital and would like to take up another loan. He is quite positive that he can increase his earnings in this way. He hopes to eliminate the challange of inadequate earnings in his household as well as the lack of a grocery store in his neighbourhood.
